At Power Tank, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags and documentation included to ensure a smooth processing experience and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
